FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are not available for memberships or courses. Once the membership fee is paid, you will have access to the academy for that time (month/year). Once the course is paid for, you will have access with no updates for a lifetime.
What happens if my payment decline and I miss a payment?
We understand that occasionally things happen and life just lifes. Paypal or Stripe will try again. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, you will be removed from the payment plan. To be put back on the payment plan, it must be approved by the Director of WOSA.
Make note of the day you purchase as your debits are monthly on the same day.
What happens once I complete the course?
Once you have completed a course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion for the Academy. AND, there will always be new courses added so we encourage you to maintain your membership.
